Professor Wang Cailin mainly focus on the research of new structure, mechanism, craft and reliability ofpower semiconductor devices. 

Research Area: 

1. Design and craft of new power semiconductor devices.

2. Reliability and failure analysis of power semiconductor devices.

Honor:

She has participated in many national, provincial and ministerial projects, host the National Natural Science Fund of China, Shaanxi Provincial Natural Science Fund, Science & Technology Plan of Shaaxi Education Department. 

She has published about 80 theses, including 40 thesis were publishe in SCI and EI. 

She has gotten 14 national granted patents.
