Semipower Test Application Center

Xi'an CorePac Power Device Testing Application Center is a key laboratory in Shaanxi Province, and is also the most complete testing center for power device testing in China. The center was accredited by CNAS & ILAC in 2012, and has the qualification of third-party testing. The test application center is located in Xi'an Huanpu Science and Technology Industrial Park, a key construction project in Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province, and the most modern science and technology research and development park in Northwest China, covering an area of 4,500 square meters, with more than 300 sets of international advanced instruments and equipment, and more than 50 experienced engineers providing professional testing services for various customers. The center provides professional testing services for all kinds of customers. At present, the test application center has the comprehensive testing capability of power MOSFETs, diodes, transistors and IGBTs and other single tubes and modules, including dynamic and static parameters, thermal characteristics, high and low temperature performance, junction capacitance and other parameter testing capabilities of Si/SiC/GaN devices and modules, which can fully satisfy the demand for automotive-grade full-parameter testing of power devices, and has the reliability assessment and failure analysis capability of AECQ101. Capability. The center has established system board level evaluation capabilities for power supply and motor applications.

Device Test Lab

Equipped with advanced test instruments, the lab can provide comprehensive electrical performance tests for power devices on 4-inch, 6-inch, 8-inch wafers and post-packaging products, including static test, dynamic test, thermal resistance test and other items, which can provide reliable test data for product research and development, production validation and final product testing.
Application System Test Lab

According to the characteristics of the client's system products, we can carry out switching power supply function tests, aging experiments, as well as conductive radiation interference, electrostatic discharge, lightning surge and safety testing in line with international and domestic mandatory testing standards. We can carry out system test pre-certification to provide customers with strong technical support and reduce customers' certification cycle and certification costs.
FA Test Lab

New Energy Test Lab

The first comprehensive research center in China covering automotive-grade semiconductor devices, core components of electronic control system and integrated application of electronic control system for the whole vehicle. Testing scope: on-board power supply test system, magnetic particle dynamometer, auxiliary drive test stand, motor-to-drag test stand, new energy motor test stand, IP waterproof test and composite salt spray test.
