The 2017 JEDEC International Standard China TG Second Working Conference organized by Semipower was successfully held at Qinghai Fuyin Changle International Hotel from July 20th to 21st!
From Huawei, ZTE, the Fifth Institute of Electronics, Gree Electric, Midea Refrigeration, Beijing Tongfang Micro, Beijing Guanzhong, Huajin Semiconductor, Beijing Yandong Microelectronics, Microsemi China, Shenzhen HiSilicon Semiconductor, Electronics 55 Research Institute, 45 experts and leaders from more than 30 industry leading companies in related fields such as China Resources AXA, Tianshui Huatian, Huajin Semiconductor, Guangzhou Hanyuan and other related fields attended the meeting. Semipower device testing engineers Chen Zhoushuai and Zhu Yonghui also participated in this meeting and put forward constructive proposals.
Semipower is a formal member of the JEDEC standards organization and the secretary unit of China TG. Mr. Luo Yi, President of Semipower, also attended the meeting in person. President Mr. Luo Yi said in his speech: JEDEC is a very excellent semiconductor industry organization that brings together outstanding companies and semiconductor elites in the industry, which has greatly promoted the optimization and promotion of JEDEC China and is very conducive to the formulation and implementation of industry standards. At the meeting, experts and leaders in various fields put forward their own proposals on the existing problems and bugs in the current standards. Semipower experts also shared their proposals, specifically on the topic "dv/dt test method study for power mosfet", introducing the significance of the dv/dt parameters of power devices and the current research progress of this parameter test method. In view of the fact that there are currently no relevant test standards for this parameter and the testing methods of various manufacturers are not uniform, Semipower experts recommend adding this parameter test method to the JEDEC standard to allow customers to more easily understand and clarify this parameter. The proposal also received heated discussions among the experts present at the meeting, and a plan was formulated to continue in-depth research on the topic after the meeting.
The two-day conference was a complete success under the chairmanship of Dr. Jiao Huifang of Huawei. In the future, China TG will continue to improve and promote JEDEC standards. At the same time, more industry companies and experts are welcome to join, and strive to build China TG into a standards organization with a complete industrial chain!
