Our company will start promoting the new A series MOSFET to the market in mid-September 2008. This series of products is another innovation completed in the MOSFET industry by our company's technical team after one and a half years. Our company cooperates with Silan Microelectronics Company and is the first in China to complete all wafer production links such as epitaxy, photolithography, and mid-test in the same factory, ensuring product consistency. Samwin A series products cover a total of 14 varieties of 200V-800V products, using advanced 6-inch chip 0.6um production lines. The quality factor (FOM=Rdon×Qg) of the products is in the leading position in the country, consistent with Fairchild uniFET products. It can completely replace foreign brands in civilian-grade switching power supply products, achieving another leap in the localization of MOSFETs. After rigorous reliability experiments, the new products will be available to the market in mid-September.
