The review meeting for the 2010 China Overseas Students Entrepreneurship Park's 100 Most Promising Entrepreneurial Enterprises was held in Beijing from November 12 to November 13, 2010. The review committee composed of overseas students entrepreneurship parks, overseas students return service agencies, venture capital institutions, professional research institutions, and news media conducted preliminary review, re-examination, and general review of the applicant companies, and finally determined 83 companies to be shortlisted. Xi'an Semipower Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. was shortlisted and won the title of "Top 100 Most Promising Entrepreneurship Enterprises in China Overseas Students Entrepreneurship Park in 2010".
