On January 16, 2018, a total of more than 300 students from 6 classes of Microelectronics Science and Technology and Electronic Science and Technology of the School of Automation and Information Engineering of Xi'an University of Technology came to our company to visit and study. Li Linfei, the company's deputy general manager, attaches great importance to the visit and exchange activities and personally explains to the students before the visit. Arrange the visiting route in advance, prepare explanations for each laboratory, and extend a warm welcome to the teachers and students who come to visit and study.
The students were divided into six groups under the leadership of the person in charge of the company, and visited the component testing room, system testing laboratory, reliability laboratory, and failure analysis laboratory in sequence. The staff of each laboratory explained the experimental equipment, and gave a comprehensive explanation of the working principle, working methods, testing standards and other aspects of the experimental equipment combined with theory and practice. Teachers and classmates asked questions about the operation and practice of related equipment, and finally all were answered satisfactorily.
The visitors lamented that they learned a lot and gained a lot here. Today’s visit was a vivid Semipower classroom. It not only brings you an explanation of professional knowledge, but also provides a good interpretation of future theoretical applications and work practices.
Through interviews and exchanges with the students, everyone was very satisfied with the close visit and face-to-face communication. The students said that the company's corporate environment, machinery, equipment and supporting facilities left a deep impression on them. The theories and understandings they had learned in books had been updated, and it also gave them thoughts about their future study and work.
In the future, we will continue to work with universities to build a platform for school-enterprise cooperation, learning, and exchanges, dialogue on science and technology, explore talent resources, and pay attention to student growth and industry development trends.
