In July 2009, Xi'an Semipower passed the national software enterprise certification. After passing the registration of software products, Xi'an Semipower became a national "double software certification" enterprise.
According to the "Software Enterprise Recognition Standards and Management Measures" issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the State Administration of Taxation, Xi'an Semipower relied on its good performance in IC design and IC software development and strictly followed the application procedures of software enterprises to successfully pass the National Software Enterprise Certification. Officially becoming a national "Double Software Certification" enterprise provides a good development foundation for Xi'an Semipower to strive for innovation in the development of the western region and continue to maintain its leading position in the industry.
