Semipower's national-level power device testing and application center has more than 100 advanced facilities and equipment and more than 40 experienced professionals. The Xi'an Semiconductor Power Device Testing and Application Center, which has been recognized by the national CNAS and the international ILAC, has been aiming to introduce the most advanced international testing technology since it was put into operation. It is the first in the northwest region to introduce dynamic testing equipment for ITC power devices.
