From July 25 to July 26, 2012, the 6th China Semiconductor Industry Association Semiconductor Discrete Device Branch Annual Meeting and the 2012’ National Semiconductor Device Technology and Industry Development Seminar were held in Xining. As the sponsor of this meeting, Xi'an Semipower Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. President Luo Yi, Director of Test Application Center Liu Chen, Reliability Laboratory Chief Engineer Feng Haike, and Device Testing Chief Engineer Luo Jingtao attended this meeting. At the meeting, Liu Chen, director of the Test Application Center, gave a report titled "Professional Innovation Leading Drives Industry Development" to introduce the work of the Test Application Center. The papers "The Impact of Selection of Environmentally Friendly Plastic Packaging Materials on Product Reliability" and "Comparison of Dynamic Performance of SJ-MOS Vs VDMOS" by Gong Feng and Gong Luo were included in the proceedings of the conference. The Semiconductor Discrete Devices Branch is commissioned by the China Semiconductor Industry Association and has successfully held five national semiconductor conferences since 2007. The number of attendees at each conference has brought together China's first-class research institutions, design companies, and manufacturing companies in the semiconductor device industry. Leaders and experts from enterprises have formed an industrial exchange platform focusing on my country's semiconductor device research and development and industry, academia and research units. This meeting was attended by more than 140 units and more than 200 people.
