On November 16, 2011, the unveiling ceremony of the Xi'an Power Device Testing and Application Center and the "Testing and Guarantee of High Reliability Power Devices and Systems" seminar were held at the Shangri-La Hotel in Xi'an. Senior executives from internationally and domestically renowned semiconductor industries and semiconductor companies Leaders, experts and scholars gathered together to discuss testing technology and development trends of power devices and application systems. At the meeting, the official unveiling ceremony of the Xi'an Power Device Testing and Application Center was held, as well as the signing ceremony with STI, ITC, and QUALMARK cooperative laboratories, and with eight institutes including Xi'an Jiaotong University, Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology, and Xi'an Institute of Technology. The school signed a cooperation agreement.
