JEDEC Solid State Technology Association is the leading standards organization for the microelectronics industry. Over the past 50 years, the standards set by JEDEC have been accepted and adopted by the entire industry. JC-14 is the Semiconductor (Solid State) Product Quality and Reliability Committee under the JEDEC standards organization. This branch provides common failure mechanisms and evaluation models, quality reliability certification requirements and specific test methods, and application specification certification for semiconductor devices. wait.
Semipower passed the strict review of the JEDEC Committee and became the first batch of JC-14 China TG member units. Other member units include: Huawei, Gree, Midea, TCL, Changhong, Flextronics, Haier, Beijing Tongfang, Semipower, Hanerxin, and Yade No. 1, Tsinghua University, Sun Yat-sen University, Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology, Institute of Microelectronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, etc. The meeting discussed the goals, formation, standard list and other contents of the working group.
