On March 7, 2016, a group of five people including Tao Haiyang, manager of the component development office of Shenzhen Skyworth-RGB Electronics Co., Ltd., and Zhao Zhe, audit supervisor of the supplier review office, visited Semipower for on-site review of supplier approval.
Before the formal review, Semipower Marketing Director Xing Qingle and R&D Director Liu Xia gave detailed introductions to the company's overall development and product research and development capabilities, allowing customers to have a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of Semipower. Subsequently, the review team conducted a rigorous and detailed review of the R&D and quality control capabilities involved in SemipowerSAMWIN's K series and D series MOSFET products. At the same time, a comprehensive on-site review was also conducted on the four laboratories of the Semipower Power Device Testing and Application Center in terms of various testing items, instruments and equipment, and management capabilities. Finally, accompanied by Quality Department Manager Yang Qingyu, the Skyworth review team rushed to Tianshui, Gansu Province to conduct production line certification at Semipower's product packaging plant (Tianshui Huatian Microelectronics Co., Ltd.).
After multiple on-site inspections and audits, the Skyworth inspection team spoke highly of Semipower's R&D level, laboratory testing capabilities and product execution standards, and were full of confidence in Semipower's product performance and quality. The competition among semiconductor power devices used in TV products has become increasingly fierce in recent years. As a domestic brand, Semipower's SAMWIN product can break out of the tight encirclement and be applied to Skyworth's TV products, which is a huge breakthrough. This on-site review not only consolidated the cooperative relationship between Semipower and Skyworth, but also gave both parties a new outlook on future cooperation.
