On September 16, the Semipower Shenzhen sales team, led by Vice President Mr. Xu Ge, Deputy General Managers Mr. Huang Le, and Mr. Li Xiaoqiang, went to Xi'an Power Device Testing and Application Center for a three-day technical training.
More than 30 people from the Shenzhen sales team participated in this technical training. Engineers from the Xi'an Power Device Testing and Application Center warmly received colleagues from the sales department. At the beginning of the training, the engineers of the Test Application Center introduced the test equipment of the Test Application Center in detail one by one and explained the test principles in detail. Then the technical backbone and the sales elites had a lively technical Q&A and exchange. Finally, Group communication and discussions were also held to discuss face-to-face how sales staff and testing work can be more closely connected and improved. This training brought the company's two important departments: the sales department and the test and application center closer together. The technical training also brought colleagues closer together, laying a solid foundation for smooth development and more tacit cooperation in the future.
After the three-day intense training, the Shenzhen sales team left their footprints among the ancient sites in Xi'an, visited famous attractions such as the Terracotta Warriors and Horses, and the Shaanxi Provincial History Museum, and appreciated Xi'an's rich history, culture, and simple humanistic customs.
