On October 23, 2018, three people including Mr. Zhong from Hangzhou Changchuan Technology Co., Ltd. visited Semipower for a visit and exchange. Mr. Yang and the person in charge of IGBT communicated with the visitors in the conference room on issues related to IGBT dynamic testing, and discussed the main products and technical advantages of both companies. Subsequently, the person in charge of IGBT accompanied the visitors to visit the laboratory, introduced the laboratory equipment, and demonstrated the specific test operation procedures of the equipment. During the operation, both parties discussed issues such as test structure, test principles, and test advantages. The visitors highly recognized the first-class testing capabilities of Semipower Laboratory, and especially praised the IGBT module dynamic test system independently developed by Semipower.
The IGBT module dynamic test system is an IGBT module dynamic parameter test equipment independently developed by Semipower. It expands the IGBT module testing capabilities of the Xi'an Power Device Test Application Center and is currently an internationally leading IGBT module dynamic parameter test system.
